2025–2026 Track Try-Out Information
Cypress Creek Middle School Coyotes
Grades: 6th–8th
Eligibility & Required Paperwork
All paperwork must be uploaded to AthleticClearance.com before tryouts:
- EL2 Form with doctor’s signature and date
- NFHS Concussion in Sports
- NFHS Heat Illness
- NFHS Sportsmanship
- NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest
- Transportation Release Form
- Minimum 2.0 GPA for 1st semester of the 2025–2026 school year
- Good classroom behavior and discipline record

Try-Out Details
- Try-outs are FREE
- Mandatory try-outs:
Monday, March 2 – Thursday, March 5, 2026 - Time: 2:30–5:00 PM
(Transportation must be available by 5:00 PM) - All paperwork due by: Monday, February 23, 2026
- Students must attend all try-out dates and give their best effort
Attire Requirements
- Shorts
- T-shirt
- Athletic shoes
Fees (Once Selected)
- $60 for first sport of the school year
- $40 if this is the second sport played during the school year
Additional Information
- Practice and meet schedules will be shared after teams are selected
- All listed requirements must be completed before trying out
