WCD Policy

HB 105 – Students in Pre-K through 8th grade, who bring WCDs to school, must ensure that they remain on silent mode and completely out of view for the entire school day. These expectations also apply to extracurricular and co-curricular activities that occur before or after the school day.

Consequences for WCD Violations:

1. WCD Confiscated, Verbal Warning, Parent Contact, & Returned to Student at End of Day.
2. WCD Confiscated, Minor Referral, After School Detention, Parent Contact, & WCD Returned to Parent.
3. WCD Confiscated, Minor Referral, Saturday Detention, Parent Contact, & WCD Returned to Parent.
4. WCD Confiscated, Office Referral, Code of Conduct, & WCD Returned to Parent.
5. WCD Confiscated, Office Referral, 2 Days OSS, Parent Contact, & WCD Returned to Parent.
